Return Policy

We want you to love your Jostar Online purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may need to make a return or exchange. Here's what you need to know:

How Do I Return or Exchange an Item?

Returns with a packing slip will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Merchandise must be unworn/unwashed with all tags attached for a full refund.

Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

A prepaid shipping label will be provided ONLY if Jostar Online is deemed "at fault". Causes for an "at fault" return or exchange include, but are not limited to:

  • Damaged item
  • Wrong order sent
  • Incomplete order accidentally sent.

Reasons deemed not at fault -- including, but not limited to:

  • Size changes
  • Not liking the garment
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Other preference-related reasons

For exchanges, your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received. Customers are responsible for the return postage, but the shipping for exchange is free.

Need a Different Size Or Color?

If you need to exchange an item for a different SIZE or COLOR within 30 days of your original purchase, simply circle the item(s) on your packing slip that you wish to exchange and indicate the size/color you prefer. Merchandise sent to us for exchange must be unworn and unwashed. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received.

Please allow up to 1 week  for processing your return.
