Return Policy

How Do I Return or Exchange an Item?

Returns with a packing slip will  be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn/unwashed with all tags attached for a full refund. Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. 

  1. A prepaid shipping label will be provided ONLY if Jostar Online is deemed "at fault". Causes for an "at fault" return or exchange include, but are not limited to:
  • Damaged item
  • Wrong order sent
  • Incomplete order accidentally sent.

Reasons deemed not at fault -- including, but not limited to:

  • Size changes
  • Not liking the garment
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Other preference-related reasons

 

    For exchange, your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received. Customers are responsible for the return postage.
