If you need to initiate a return or exchange request, we've made the process quick and easy for your convenience.
To initiate a return via mail, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date.
Ensure merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and has all tags attached for a full refund.
Defective items must be returned within the 30-day window.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Need to swap for a different size or color?
You may exchange an item for an alternate size or color within 60 days of the original purchase. Simply indicate the desired size or color by circling the corresponding item(s) on your packing slip. Please ensure the exchanged merchandise is unworn, unwashed, or defective. Your replacement items will be dispatched promptly upon receipt of the return.

A FREE prepaid shipping label will be provided ONLY if Jostar Online is deemed "at fault".
Causes for an "at fault" return or exchange include, but are not limited to:
- Damaged item
- Wrong order sent
- Incomplete order accidentally sent.
Reasons deemed NOT at fault -- including, but not limited to:
- Size changes
- Not liking the garment
- Ordering the wrong item
- Other preference-related reasons
Upon request, we will send you a prepaid return label via email for download and printing. Please be aware that a $7.00 USD handling fee will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your return.
Alternatively, should you choose to utilize your preferred carrier and generate your own label, we advise opting for a traceable and insured delivery method.
